Argh.. Win xp crash

How can I do a "restore" to fonts,screen saver,etc, from a crash? <br />When I tried a restore date it wouldn't allow me to go back up even a 1 day.Instead, I had to "recover" and that did not bring me back to a "good" date I thought that was a feature on Win xp

Tyme2, I think once you use recover everything goes back to defaults. Probably have to start from scratch.

Well thanks for the bad news. Yea, that's what I figured was happening.Been there,done that,will start all over. <br />Thanks for the reply.Even if you brought me bad news. <br />Golly,the truth sure hurts!!!
