I hope this is the right forum as im asking a engine question technically.
Hey guys, if you read my other thread i decided NOT to rebuild my searay. Instead im going to buy something new, already have my eye on something.
Anywhoo, im wondering what i can get for selling a few items. I spent a good amount of money last year on the engine, outdrive, bellow etc etc. Then also i figure i could sell the trailer, dual axel, new bearings & lights, good tires. Ready to haul. (see pictures attached)
Now on to the details.
The way the PO stored the boat the outdrive was seized up. So it was rebuilt, the bellows also was corroded and in bad shape so we rebuilt most of that. The engine is a mercuriser 4 cylinder 165 runs great strong, but i had to fix some things. See the arrow in the picture, these engines have that horrible alternator inside the engine, they are a pain in the ass to fix and costly. Of coarse it went on me the second day on the boat. Instead of repairing it we by passed it with a normal alternator setup (see #1 in the picture) this is a much BETTER setup. Now #2 is the heat exchanger this wnet bad as well and was replaced. Another expensive part but now its all fixed. I have receipts for all the work. A list of all new parts......
I Wanna sell
