Hello,
Last year I installed a 6 gallon gas tank made by Attwood I bought from Wal-mart. Hooked up a selector switch so I can feed off my main 17gallon tank or use my 6 gallon as a spare. It worked flawlessly last year. Had the boat a few times this year just running the main tank, no problems. Put brand new gas and oil in the spare tank, turned the switch. It ran for about a minute before it sputtered and died. Are these tankes self venting? I pulled the lines and no cloges. I think its the tank, and help be great.
