FOR MY 75 HP MARINER WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO BLOCK OFF THE AUTOMATIC OILER? I HAVE DECIDED TO RUN IT WITH THE GAS ALREADY MIXED... IS THE RATIO 50 TO 1 OR 26 OUNCES OF OIL TO EVERY 10 GAL.S OF GAS? <br />I SAW THE LINE GOING FROM THE OIL TANK TO THE CARB. DO I JUST PUT A NAIL IN THE LINE AND AND PUT A BLOCKER NIPPLE ON THE CARB. ? AT THE CARB. THANKS, DANNY C.

50:1 is be the mix for all Merc/Mariners.Search the site for the correct disconnection steps. It is common on older models to go pre-mix.<br /><br />PS The Mods will ask you to use Lower case posts..
