GOOD NEWS. . . . The PICTURE UPLOAD FUNCTION IS WORKING !!! The tech folks at the parent company have been able to remedy the issue. You can upload pictures once again. Thank you for your patience.
I also use that site. Get the "image source" url for the picture. Copy and paste that address.

It should look like this: (this is one of mine)

The info you want is between the quotes. Paste that info into the image box here on the iboats site.

You can also mess around with the size by looking at the "details" on freepichosting. There will be an "x=..." suffix. That will change the pic size.

I always C&P what's inbetween the quotes, and when I hit the IMG button, I delete the www there. It's already in what you copied from freepichosting.

BTW-that pic is too big for an avatar. You need to reduce the size.
All you have to do is when you have the picture uploaded and updated, just click on get info under the picture and it will copy the url to your clipboard and then all you have to do is paste it where you want it.
Still can't get the Dane to load as my avatar. I pasted the url in the Set URL box where all the avatars are. Red X This can't be that hard. What am doing wrong? I made it smaller.
Try this. This is from my files, but you can use it until you can figure yours out. It is your picture, though.

Copy this (completely)

http://www2.freepichosting.com/Images/421570826/0.jpg

Paste this into the url for avatar box after deleting anything that is in the box. Set the url and select avatar.

BTW-your address should look EXACTLY like what I said to copy above, only the numbers should be different.
