new to boating. i have a 1981 johnson 115hp. i get spark to two cylinders, but not the other two. send help. thanx

you have a power pack bad. they have 2 one for each side.

It is unlikely but you may also have 2 bad coils. Swap them with the known good ones to see if the problem follows the coil, if it does your coils are shot.

Same holds true for the power pack, swap it with the known good one and see if the problem dissapears, if it does the pack is definately the problem. I would do this test first before ordering as they are not cheap and also non refundable.

you can also swap your packs to check as well to see if the cyls swap with pack
