back with trim & tilt problem

have cmc pt 35 trim and tilt brand new put on wired to starting batery blows 20 amp fuse on motor put on seperate batter by itself and works great. Hightrim suggested look in control box. Checked control box nothing wrong so just in case i rewired back to trim hooked to starting battery same thing blows fuse.ANY OTHER IDEAS
