Bad leak, taking on water

Bottomed out lower unit, destroyed prop, took chunk out of skeg. Repaired both, tested boat today, taking on a lot of water. Hurry with answers!! We are going down!!😀

What kind of drive? what kind of boat? Can't help without more info.....Mabey some pics of the transom and motor area would help also.

could be a variety of issues.

could be leaking bellows
could be damaged transom shield
could be rotten transom

as Grub pointed out. need more info

1987 Sea Ray 20' 4.3 OMC. Boat is in excellent condition, and has never had any leaking issues. Never got a drop of water after pulling the plug. Auto bilge didn't turn on until the boat was stopped in the water. Ran the bilge while moving and didn't get any water.

I vote for a damaged transom and/or transom assembly.
