Hi Everyone,
I just bought a new to me bait tank and I'm debating on where to mount it on my Sea Ray 180. It is a little awkward on the swim platform, but that is where it will likely wind up. One of my fishing buddies thinks I should just put it inside the boat right in front of the engine cover. I am not super comfortable with a bait tank on the deck of a boat that is not self-bailing. I tried it a few years ago and almost sunk my old BR when a bait tank fitting failed. Do any of you use a bait tank on the deck of a boat that is not self-bailing?
