Barcone Center Console boat??

Hello everyone, I came across a nice looking project boat. Its a 21 Foot Barcone center console but I know nothing of the companies history, or reputation. I cannot find anything online about them. Does anyone know anything about the boat company Barcone??

wow, you're right not a whole lot of information on them out there. From what I found on google the manufacturer was Continental and the model was Barcone I believe. Even with that still cant find much. looks like they may have went out of business around 1978. no personal experience here. Good luck.

Thanks for the help, I found that too but the boat I found for sale is listed as A barcone and looks in pretty good condition so it would surprise me if its a pre 1978.

I just found out some more information over on "The Hull Truth" one person (evernic) said


"they were built in SoFla. in the early (I think) 70's, supposedly off the Seacraft 20' hull and they were not around very long...probably because they were very high priced at the time...they were highly thought of as I recall.."
