I just purchased an 87 baretta 162 io w/vovlo penta 130 hp/275 stern drive.The carb seems to bog down at fast starts like it is getting to much fuel. I have to let it idle or slowly increase the rpm or the motor will stall. Could this be caused by the carb running too rich or lean ? How do i adjust it ? Once you get her running she flies across the water at about 4500 rpms. What is top speed ?
