I'm restoring my old Red Fish runabout, and much of the original wiring is gone. How about pointing me in the right direction for an online source of wiring diagrams, etc?
The equipment that needs wiring on my boat includes: two spotlights, two horns, a hood ornament with navigation lights, a stern light, a cockpit illumination light, the Quicksilver controller with ignition switch and starter button, and the wiring from the motor to the battery.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Redfish,

Swwt boat, I have been admiring from afar since you posted pics! Check out this link, this was all discussed a few weeks ago
http://www.iboats.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=27;t=001676

I strongly recommend the book that is cited in here. It lists all the color codes to meet ABYC's specs. I don't know how much this will vary from what was 'factory' for the wire colors. I would also recommend the book 'Runabout Renovations' It is a real easy read and explains fiberglass boat restorations very clearly

cheers
