I have a prokat 22 CC that has four batteries.. 2 on each side. It will stay in the water all winter being used every few weeks.
Battery charger question:
I would like to install an on board battery charger since I have access to ship-to-shore power. Since this is only to maintain the batteries, can I use a 2 bank 20A charger split across the four batteries? One bank per side?
Generic battery question:
I need to relocate the battery switches (right now they are in a place that i cannot access when the engines are up so i cant tilt my motors out of the water and turn off the batteries.. nice huh
. Anyway, the factory option is to relocate the switches to the gunwales using recessed covered battery switch mounts. I have seen these online but lost the url and now for the life of me cannot find them online. Does anyone know who sells them (on or offline)?
