Re: Bayliner 3055 Ciera
I own a 2003 305 which is the same boat, just a different name. I bought it brand new at the Boat Show.

I have twin 5.0 Bravo 2s. The performance is amazingly good for this package. I am up on plane in less than 5 seconds, with a fully loaded boat. In fact, I had 8 people aboard last week for a Company cruise, and it still got on plane in the same amount of time. She cruises at 24 knots at 3500 rpm, and tops out at 35 knots. At cruise she burns 22 gph total.

I've had a few minor issues (mostly cosmetic), which are being covered under warranty. I purchased the extra 4 years coverage on the powertrains. Contrary to what many would believe to be even possible, the fit & finish on the boat is excellent. All systems work great and the workmanship is just fine throughout the boat. I don't have granite countertops and a teak/holly sole, but that's what you get with a Bayliner. What matters to me is that she's heavy (11,000 lb), comfortable, functional and solid in rough water...and there's not a rattle to be found!
