I recently was given a Bayliner capri with a decent trailer, and working Force 85 Outboard. Since I have no money in it I am willing to invest a large amount of time and reasonable amount of money in this boat. I have found that there is a three piece transom and the outboard is factory original. I will be needing to work in detail on the transom, tear out and reconfigure the seating, build new storage and basicly build a new craft in many ways. I am in no hurry and am willing to invest in my project. That being said I still want to be thrifty but not at the cost of safety or quality. I am new to boating but have had this boat for a year and never had it in the water. I am slowing reading and learning as much as I possibly can and am hoping for some engaged and helpful users in this forum. Thank you for taking a moment to stop by and read.
