Bayliner Trophy front bilge pump

I the new owner of a Bayliner Trophy 1802 wa from 2008.
There are 3 bilge pumps installed. On in the back, one in the fish well and 1 in the front under the step for the cabin.
There has never been water in the front hole where the pump is, and I though it was only for emergency or something like that. But after I washed the boat last time, there are some water in at the front bilge pump. I have been studying the manual trying to, first, understand where the water has access to the front, but can't find out how?. Secondly I don't get why the water doesn't run aout the back when I tilt the trailer up in the front. It is as if the waters inly way out is via the bilge pump. But how did it then get there?

I hope some of you know the answer as I am a little confused

good morning, I have purchase the same boat in the spring, mine is a 2005 and the same problem with water in front.
I do have water and it wets the floor. Unfortunately on my boat lift Ii only have about 5d inclinination to the back. A bad design as all rain water finds it's way into the bilge instead of going staight out. The cockpit is deep and below the water line I believe. I seems that there are very SMALL hole from front to back, this winter as I now have the boat on the trailer I will look into making better canals for the water to go to the back. If any one has a better idea just let us know

My 1802 was a 10 year old fresh water boat at purchase. I had a couple blocked drainage ports - one located in the cuddy cabin and another in the fish stowage tank. I used a long, small diameter stiff hose and power washed (normal hose pressure) all the drain ports running through the boat while it was positioned on the trailer/bilge pump ON. I ran the stiff water hose through every drain opening starting in the cuddy cabin, then the center water bait/fish storage section between the front seats, and worked my way aft until I was confident all debris were cleared out.

There is a slight possibility that a new boat may have gotten something in a drainage port during assembly. One small piece can easily catch more debris and plug up a drainage port.
