Is there a good lining for floors on boats that you can buy and apply yourself for a good price?

WHY? Is it for grip or are you trying to prevent leaks?

I suggest you read the restoration forum.

Is there anything that will do both. It's a 1956 aluminum and I am hoping to bring it back to life. So far there are no leaks but I am trying to make it more comfortable and make it last longer if that makes any sense.

Makes great sense. I would avoid the BL in the hull. If you ever have to do a repair it will screw things up. We have tons of ideas to keep the oler boats alive ;)

I have thought about the same thing-
Seems like the stuff thats sprayed in my truck bed would make a great surface in a aluminum boat! Its very tuff & provides a nice looking (+ many colors availible) non slip surface
