After my grandpa pasted away i entered into a funk and a didnt want to do anything. Than with the current economy my dad lost a number jobs over the last year and a half. So i was sole bread winner of the family. So the boat took a back seat and stayed layed up un the barn.

My dad and myself have both found stable jobs again so i have begun working on my baby again.

New gearcase, coils, and the lot was done before the soft brown stuff hit the round spinny thingy. Just out a new prop shaft in yesterday as the old one got bent in storage. (Moving boat around to store vehicles and slammed into a short pole in the barn), new seals. Hooked all the electeical back up after checking all the wires. Checked steering cable and while showing signs of age it is still intact.

Now i just need a new battery, gear oil, amd fuel lines.

Kohrah,

Welcome back. Sorry about the loss of your grandpa. I remembered your handle but I had to go back and look at your old posts before I could remember what kind of boat you were working on and what, exactly, you were doing to it. How 'bout posting a summary of what you have done so far? And be sure to mention the kind and size of boat. Some pics might be helpful also.
