Before/After pics of 73 115hp Johnson rebuild

I was able to successfully upload the before/after pics of my 1973 115HP Johnson. The pics show the old motor with molten piston and the installed rebuild that I purchased through iboats.com.

You can see that the top piston got pretty hot! There where chunks of metal everywhere and the cylinder walls got scored.

I plan on taking the boat out again on Saturday to continue the break-in procedure and to possibly catch some crappies! Thanks to everyone on this forum for all of your help, I don't know what I'd have done without you guys.

Hopefully, this rebuild will last a long time. I'm crossing my fingers though...and being very careful.
