In the second grove of the bellows there is a small crack.. I noticed it when I hooked up water inside to the adapter before the water pump and had the engine running it was coming out of that and the bottom of the leg. Its a Volvo 130D with a 280 leg. If the engine is all the way down almost nothing comes out..

1. How screwed am I ??
2. How much ?
3. How screwed am I ??
4. Duck tape ? Liquid Rubber ?

Pull the drive, then the engine to get the project started.

Just kidding, it doesn't hurt anything. Some of those bellows even have a drain hole in them from the factory. If the bellows fell off completely it wouldn't hurt. Replace it, when you get a chance, all you have to do is raise the drive to get to it. No need to remove the drive, or the engine.

What's so funny about that?

That exactly what Don told me a few years back when my flywheel bearings needed replacement.

Ghoat21, your outdrive looks spotless. No worries about the exhaust bellows.
