Hi, i was out in my Boat Thursday. I noticed a little weeping around one of the hydraulic lines to my Trim Tabs which happen to be Bennett. <br /> So first thing Friday I call Bennett. The phone rang about three times. A lady answers and says good morning can I help you. I said yes I need to order a part for my Trim Tabs. See says okay let me connect you to Mike. 2 seconds go by Mikes on the phone. "Can I help you" Mike says. I said yes my trim tab hydraulic line is weeping just a little bit right by the fitting. He said are you sure. And asked me a few questions, and determined that I needed a new connector, and asked if I had enough line to cut about an inch off and replace the fitting.I said yes. Mike said okay I will mail you the 2 fittings today. I said great I only need 1 fitting though. Mike says Well I'll mail you 2 just in case. I said okay (happy just to be able to get the parts to get the parts). Okay I have my credit card out how much do I owe you? Mike says nothing. I'll put them in the mail today. I said are you sure? Mike says ya. so I make a little small talk about Boating and at the end of are the conversation, I say so let me pay for the shipping at least. Mike says no we got it. Do you need anything else? I say no I dont think so. Mike says well give us a call if you do, have a nice day. Same to you Mike.
