Bent bracket screw

I need some expert advice. My 7.5 Merc has a bent mounting bracket screw.

Is there any way to straighten it? I don't want to crack the aluminum bracket trying to bend the screw back and I don't know how to remove it to work on by itself.

Some of the screws are set up with a bolt holding the plate in place. Remove that bolt and you can unscrew the mounting screw complete out. Work on without risk to the housing.
