Bent mount?

has anyone ever heard of a bent Transom mount? I'll explain a little better, if I list the motor up and look at where the motor and the transom intersect it's not 90 degrees. looks like I need to loosen the bolts on the port side of the boat and place a shim between the mount and the transom.

Not sure what you have,but shims should not be needed.Think this way .... never needed them before.
