First time shopper looking at a 20' 2005 Bentley with 50HP BigFoot that has 30 hrs on it. Wondering about the boat itself since JDPower ranked it just below average against 12 other boats (Bennington ranked the best).

Looking for input from Bentley owners on pros/cons on this boat.
Will be used on a large resevoir in MT where it can be windy.

Thanks for any input.

Re: Bentley - get one or not?

I have a 2008 22 foot Bentley, and I would buy it again. I have nothing but good about our boat. Had a small problem with the graphics and they quickly took care of it.

It is an entry level boat, it isn't the high end Benningtons and high quality boats, but I am pleased and felt I got a good bang for my buck.

Mine is a 2006 200 cruise with a 90hp 4 stroke. It has held up pretty good so far. I keep it in the garage which helps a ton! It still looks like new.
I think these boats were built to be an above average entry level boat. 8'6" wide and larger diameter logs and the way it was built underneth is what sold me. Even has nice carpet.

I have an 09 and am very pleased with it. It stays in the water and after a year and 150 hours, it still looks good. Never had any problems.
