Berkley JetBoat is it work BUYING??

Hello. i found this nice boat. i have check it out. and i like it. i never test drive it. the boats work. and the owner is moving from there small apartment and no room for it..

well question is. is it work buying??

How is this Engine ? any good. hard to maintain..

Is it fast. i check it out.

it has a V6.

i also heard it Eat alot of gas.

compare for an Sterdrive and Jetdrive. from 1 to 10 how much more it Gas?? (8 out of 10 eat More?)

its weird too. i never seen this.. it dont have a waterpump anywhere els beside on the engine it self. it has a priming which is connected into a hose which connect to the buttom of the boat..

is this boat FAST..


Anyone know about this Kerley jetboat which is power by Jetdrive?? just like jetski i guest

Ayuh,.. I hate to say this,... But...

You have an ole barge now, that you can't get runnin' Right....
I rather doubt you'll have any better luck with a different boat...

As for whether this 1 is worthy of buying,...
You haven't stated much of Any Info other than the fact it's jet-driven...

sorry Bond-O. i dint really know what kind of info to put. i thought just saying its a jetdrive will be enough info.

i guest i need to research more about the boat. i was looking around the engine and could not find any logo about what kind of engine it is. all i know its 6 cylinder, and its a carburetor.

as for the Regal Ambassadoer 245XL. i got the boat running, just minor problem. but its kinda slow for my taste. its like more a fishing boat, i wanted to buy something fast.

I search Google and no info about this engine at all. anyone here know anything about this engine

i have check the Jetdrive. it seem like everything should work Great. i just need to gresse some part thats about it.. the engine runs fine..

anyone have info about this engine.. how much oil i need to put.. what kind of oil? . whats the BTDC timing has to be?

There are so many well built, quick and common boats out there, why in the world do you want to get involved with something like a rare jet boat?

Find a popular boat, with a Volvo or Merc drive (or better yet, a 2-stroke outboard!), and enjoy something that works AND that can be supported with parts, upgrades, service, etc.
