Best bang for the buck

I am in the market for a new 15 hp short shaft 4 stroke electric start outboard and would love to hear the opinion of this forum regarding reliability, pricing and over all thoughts on which is the smartest buy. Will be used year 'round in New England in salt water.<br /><br />Thanks in advance.<br /><br />David
