The Rinker by far.

My uncle has a '95 version of that same Sea Ray. He's had it since new and it's been a great boat for him but I have never been impressed with the fit/finish of it. It seems kinda cheap. Definitely not worth anywhere near that price with that motor.

Never heard of Marada

The Rinker, or Celebrity! The Rinker is a good boat, and has plenty of power.
I had a Celebrity, I can vouch for the fact they are well made, and have a sleek efficient hull design! plus, it has a good amount of power, and would be better on gas.

But, you have to make sure all else is good on these boats!
