eBay and salvage yards. There was a complete unit off a Excell on eBay for about $250 plus shipping. That would work great with a 20 inch 2.6 liter. I bought the powerhead (block and front half and it was the cleanest used one I have seen. Clearwater Marine has it. They are in NY, not Florida and deal strictly with fresh water motors.
