Best GPS Mobile App

My 10+ year old Gamin GPS isn't acquiring satellites any longer and, before I buy a new unit, I wanted to see if anyone has had good experience with the mobile apps- I boat in the Long Island Sound exclusively. I see in the Ios App Store: WAVVE, ProCharts, Aqua Map, etc. Thanks...
