Best on-board charger ????( trouble free )

Need to replace 2 bank 12/24v on-board charger. Any suggestions for most reliable/trouble free charger would be appreciated.<br />Thanks in advance.

I've used a couple of Guest chargers on my own boats and they have been flawless. But rather than buy the Guest brand, buy Cabela's brand. Same unit, just a little better price. (www.cabelas.com). There are other brands obviously. Most are automatic and will not overcharge your batteries.

The “best” battery charger?!?!? … probably something from Newmar Phase Three line of chargers and charger accessories. Maybe a little high-end for most folks. Regardless of the brand of charger you get, if you are taking your batteries low I suggest getting a charger with temperature sensing to compensate the charging routine, especially if you are balancing the charger to the batteries or if you have sealed batteries.
