Best place to repower my 21ft trophy in pacific NW?

I need to repower my 1999 trophy 2052. I live in Portland Oregon so I'm looking for something in the Oregon Washington area. US engine is on my short list.

I want to repower with a similar 4.3l mercruiser 190-220hp. Any other recommendation for good shops or places to avoid?

Are you looking for a complete engine or just a long block? Lots of people say good things about Rapido Marine on this website.
