Best Prop for a 23 foot Sea Ray?

it is a 99 230 BR, just found out that the prop I have on there is the lowest end piece of crap you can buy....... I was wondering why my 7.4 only got to 41 mph this last summer..... I am a wakeboarder, and usually have 6+ people on the boat.

We need your HP,prop size(usually on the barrel or under the prop nut.Present max rpm and speed.Typical load and activity.
