You won't know if it is over-propped unless you see if it can hit the top rpm range. I would not be afraid to take it up to 4500+ rpm depending on water conditions of course.
Running over-propped at lower rpm while cruising (40+mph) can be harder on an engine than running above 4000 rpm at the same speed correctly propped.
The manual on my boat says the optimum cruising rpm is 500 below the top rpm the engine can reach within the specified range. That would be 4000-4100rpm on any given day. I leave it at 4000 rpm and don't even think about it if we need to boogie across the lake.
Your numbers indicate a 26 pitch is on there assuming the rpm and speed as posted is accurate and with an approximated 1.7 drive ratio. That is pretty steep, just my opinion. Once you start pulling skiers or tubes or wakeboards you may need a different prop. If you never do that then you are probably set.
