I am looking at thru hull transducers to replace the transome mounted one on the boat. I do not use it to see fish just want a reliable depth reading. I see different frequencies, dual frequencies, different types (pod type?), different beam angles (wide and narrow) and varying price ranges. Here is one I am looking at TH-FLW-P5BK Plastic Thru Hull Mount Transducer 20 Degree (192kHz) for Boats Any suggestions, should I consider one over another for my application? Thanks, Kevin
