The engine will not trim out (up) when under power below planing speed. If I pull it back to neutral, or on the trailer, it works. Fluid level is full and unit makes no unusual noises and has no leaks. Any ideas what the problem might be? Are there any seal kits available that might help? The parts diagram shows a $700. pump and a few sealing o-rings. It's been suggested to check the electrical connections and I will do that when I get it back on the trailer. Just wondering what the next thing to check would be.

Make sure the manual relief valve is closed.Honda really does'nt want you in that trim unit and neither do'es any other company.Electrical problems will likely not cause your symptoms.
