Bf15a Carburetor

I Recently Acquired A Used 15 Hp Honda, I Would Guess About A 1993 Or 1994. It Runs Fine But Could Use A Little Tweeking On The Idle. On Popping The Hood However, I Find The Idle Speed Adjustment Screw, But No Fuel Adjustment Screw. Am I Overlooking It Or Was Honda So Confident In Their Engineering That They Decided It Didn't Need One?

Look again, it is there. Right in front of your eyes as you look at the starboard side of the engine. That is about the same year as my 15 hp. If it is running good, about the only tweaking I would do is mix a can of SeaFoam with gas. It will do a good job of cleaning out the carb.
