Big fuel leak - NS8B

I have an NS8B Nissan 2 stroke and when I pump the primer bulb fuel dumps out of a hole on the port side of the carb near the top towards the front. Can anyone tell me what's going on and what I can do to fix it? Is something not seated properly or am I missing a plug or screw?

Knowing absolutely nothing about the motor, my first thought is the carb float is sticking allowing fuel to fill the carb beyond capacity. The excess fuel escaping from a vent

Need to disassemble carb, remove float and check needle valve cond, if tip is not pointy and sharp, replace it. Dampen several Q-Tips in Acrylic Thinner, introduce into valve seat and cleance exerting pressure in circles till last Q-Tip comes out clean. Check float height por proper needle closure against valve seat..
