Well got things apart, painted block and lower, found my cd manual & detailed photo shows no lower pan under power head, and no stop switch. so I think everything is there, electric starter works well, & compression good, shifts fwrd , ntrl,& rev. smoothly. I will be the first to admit that I am a simpleton, but the tiller throttle system on this thing just amazes me! should be fun :~)
