hey im winterizing and i cannot seem to get all the water out of the bilge.. i wet vacuumed it and still theres some but not much at all just water residue... i was thinking just put a gallon of antifreeze down there to protect anything from freezing. is this a bad idea?or excessive? or should i leave it as is?
also the drain plug in the bilge (above where antifreeze would reach up to). shud i put it back in for the winter? or keep it in?

Re: Bilge

If it bothers you towel it out, keep the plug out till spring, just in case

And store the boat "bow high" so any water up front runs to the stern. If water continues to collect back there, it is very likely you have some water soaked foam in this boat.
