Actually photographed on one of our rivers this past weekend. Notice the Div. of Watercraft johnny on the spot. Wonder how many citations were issued?

All I can say is
But, they have a swim ladder, a blender and hard to say what all in the coolers.
The thing she is sitting on, is that for ballast, anchor or just a trendy seat?

Anyway, got's that tower of power going on though.
