Bimini top mildew & boat cover mildew

Folks,
I have issues with mildew that attacked my new bimini top and cover on my sun tracker. I have the tan color fabric and this stuff does not come out. Tried mild soaps, fan pressure washing etc. No avail. The fabric was clean but the mildews spots did not come out. Second summer with boat and its gotten worse.
What is everyone else using to remove these spots/stains?
Even tried simple green. Didn't go with any harsh stuff for it may bleach spot the tan canvas materials.

Cascade with Dawn dishwasher soap. 2 disolved in a bucket. lay the cover in the sun, afterward, the sun will kill the mold. storing boat with cover on, and air able to circulate will cut down on it also.
