Bimini Top question

Just purchased another Bimini top from the Marine Mega Store, Wooooo Wooooo Wooooo! Best prices and service on the net! (now do I get another discount?)<br /><br />Anyway my question is this. If my top turns out to be to high, can I cut down the tubing to make it lower without any problems? <br /><br />I'm sure it can be done, just need some opinions to back mine up....Thanks so much....
