Bimini top replacment

Hello

I need to replace a Bimini top that blew out of my boat on a trip about 2 month back. :'( There are plenty of places that have the replacment type, and several components the I will need. The problem is that my Bimini had Zippers that attached to a rear bimini extension, and removable windows in the front.
I have written several companies to see if they could assist with a replacment but none answer the request for a quote. Does any one know a canvas shop that can do this type of work. I am in the Northern Va. area but am not afraid of dealing with people out of state on line.

No; I don't have an industrial sewing maching to do this myself.

Any auto upholstery shop should be able to help you.

Usually, the side curtains are made after the bimini is made, not the other way around. You are going to need to find a very good canvas guy to be able to do this for you and save your existing side curtains.

Do you still have the frame?

there's a great place here, but they won't do it without the boat being here. also expensive. they wanted $700 just to make a replacement cover, that was only 70" x 72" bought one on ebay for $80. true it's isn't a sunbrella.

Thanks for the replies.
No, I do not have the orriginal frame, the whole thing became a pancake on the DC beltway.:$ Looks like this will be a tall order to fill and keep all the existing pieces.
When I was at a previous job I could have done this myself but I know how it would turn out without the correct tools.
Several of the replacment tops I have read about may be adjusted for hieght so that could probably be matched. This is going to be a lot of fun I can tell. I understand why none of the online shops are answering my requests.

I am going to guess that you have zippers all the way around your bimini...right?

Not sure how many online biminis even come with zippers not to mention how to get the correct width/length to match what you have for your enclosure.
