Bit a 3musketeers bar with a penny in it

My wife bought it at the grocery store and She bit into a penny, had to make a dentist appt she now has a toothache, it's hard to believe it was a sealed package 3 musketeers bar. she called Mars Co. and they are sending a box for her to put it into and send to them. I say B.S. we're sending them the Dentist bill instead, or at least going to get some legal advise on what to do, She thinks her tooth has a crack in it now. what to do?

if you prove it's legit, they'll pay the dentist bill. the last thing they want is negative p.r. i worked for a large umm...beverage company (no names being mentioned....it was a hot beverage....'nuff said.) getting sued was normal. we always did the right thing. m&m mars has been around forever, and, didn't get thay way by screwing people. they'll do right by you....my bet.

We once got a pack of hot dogs that had a finger nail in it. We got a $50 voucher for that line of meats. We never used it as after that we didn't trust them. Its amasing what you find in food.

How can you judge something like that? What if she develops a fear of nougat? Or of men in large floppy hats with big feathers sticking out of them?

Seriously, I agree. Dental bills, time off work, maybe a bit of pain and suffering if warranted, but it's no time to get rich.

She's been laying on the couch in pain, went to the dentist today, the tooth x-ray shows a specific nerve inflamation which is causing the pain, it knocked a filling out that had to be restored, the dentist said it is clearly damage from an impact, two days off work, and there is no doubt pain and suffering. We know nothing about the law have no attorney and have never retained one for anything so this is going to be an eye opener for us. The bar is in a plastic ziplock just as it was, even has the chewed slug with the green looking penny still in it. I'm thinking there must be some way to prove it weather it would be worth it I don't know, as someone stated Mars Co would probably take care of the dental bill, we'll get some professional legal advise asap.
