Black drain covers

Hi there,
I have an Apache V372 and there are two live well drain covers in the back that are black. Well I was wondering if they are supposed to just screw off or are they pressed on. I can't seem to unscrew it, but I didn't want to use too much force.

they just pop off ,use a very small flat head and will come right off.
