I use a mild rubbing compound + a quick waxing on the area. <br /><br />The original rubber rollers usually works fine. It happens, though, that the material changes over time (sort of dissolves) and needs replacement.<br /><br />I'd suggest you check if your trailer supports are adjusted correctly as this will help the boat to get right on and to make sure your rollers are running with the least possible friction (give them some marine grease when the boat is off).
