my ser.# is 6461234 i need the year model and where is the speedometer. it worked fine the tube is hooked up looks like it runs into the lowere unit.was in a little trashey water any help.
That is a 1984. I thought that year motor used a pitot tube for speed (but I'm not positive of that) . Later ones connected to a tube coming out the front of the L/U.
ya mine has a tube coming out of the front of the LU running all the way to speedometer.flushed it out w/ water but have not tried it yet.any help i can use i will take thanks.
