Black oil out of vent hole

Hello guys. I just bought a great running 1988 28hp evinrude. I heard it run and shift before I bought it. I put it on my boat and decided to make sure it started before I put in the water. I noticed that there is black oil running down the side of the foot which, I see coming out of the vent hole. Is this normal? Do I have something to worry about?

Partly burnt oil from the two stroke oil running from a drain hole. Normal.

It's normal. Unburned fuel.
