bleed hydralic motor tilt mechanism

How do I bleed air out of my 115 hp mercury tilt mechanism. It tends to go down when actuated, but not up.

Raise it to full up position. Secure it by tilt lock, stand or something RELIABLE. Slowly remove the fill plug and add proper oil up to the fill plug.
