Bleeding surge-o-magic model 6

I want to take a trip next weekend trailer and I'd like to bleed the brakes. Probably for the first time ever as I assume the PO never did. It's a surge-o-magic model 6. I can't for the life of ma figure out how to "pump" the brakes. Everything I've seen on YouTube looks way different.

Anyone know/have this and can help?
